PAC code issue

I transferred to o2 from EE got PAC code gave it to o2 this morning I can make outgoing calls with my number so transfer has occurred but cannot receive any incoming calls or texts! I have tried the following:
Signing in and out of Apple ID
turned iMessage and FaceTime on and off
Took sim out and reinserted it
Turned phone on and off several times over last 4 hours
Very frustrating that I am paying for a phone I can’t make calls on or message from

Pac and porting are taking ages during this pandemic.
