PAC code for wrong Mobile Number?

Im gonna switch networks at the end of my contract in July and wanted my PAC Code. I have just talked with someone on the live chat and got it but looking at it i think they have made a mistake.

 

They gave me the "TEL****** for 07*********" but that mobile number isn't mine its different. Is this a mistake or does it always give you something different?

Well hopefully then it was just a case of them either mis reading the mobile number or maybe they had more than one chat on the go at the same time and copied the details wrongly.....

Fingers crossed it was a typo:)

Can you imagine if live chat gets overloaded multiple convos going and gets the customer who wants to close their account and the one who wants to update their tariff confused open_mouth
