I've just switched to O2. I ordered my SIM on the 14th and I supplied a PAC code at the same time. I recieved my SIM on Saturday. I haven't received any acknowledgement of offering my PAC code. Am I supposed to get a text telling me when it will be carried over? How long does that take?

You should receive a text confirming the date of change so I'd submit request again or call Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Ok, I'll resubmit and then call them tomorrow. I'm going to be charged another month from 3 if they don't port it soon.
