Hi, today I received a message from you that my bill is unpaid. This is not true, I paid the bill on December 21 at 14.38

You probably need to speak to O2's Payment Management team. You can contact them on 0800 902 0217.


The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
