Hi, I've been out of the country and haven't been receiving the letters that you haven't gotten my payment for the phone line I have with your company. I would love to pay off existing bill and pay early all amounts due under my credit agreement. I've been trying to pay it off online but it won't let me into my account because my line has been cut off and can't receive text code for verification. I also tried calling customer service line to pay but the phone call kept cutting off. I would love to pay this off as soon as possible, any help is greatly appreciated
