Overdue Bill- How do I pay?!

I've been trying to pay my bill- my phoine is shut off and I'm in another country. 

The number to speak to someone isn't working, the live chat won't load, and it won't let me login completely and my phone wont take text messages anymore. I just want to pay my overdue bill so I can get my phone back on!

Is there anyone that can guide me?!

You need to call customer service

All numbers are in this guide

You can use Skype from your PC to call the free numbers if you have no phone available

Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

@Mim713 please try our international helpdesk number you will not be able to log into your My account if cannot receive a txt message sorry cannot help further.

 

Do you have anybody in the UK that can call and make payment for you ?
