I have seen strange payments coming out of my bank account - under O2 . How can I contact someone from o2 customer service? Tried calling but due to Covid19 I am unable to speak with anyone. O2 took £60 out of my account today for whatever reason?

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
