Hi I’ve been over charged on both my device plans and wondered how I would get the money back

Very unusual to be over charged on device plans as they are set credit agreements and strictly direct debits.

It would be impossible to take more money than you agreed to in your contract.

Over payments can be made manually and reduce your overall debt meaning you will pay less monthly, however, the term stays the same.
