Hello,
I'm out of contract and wasn't happy with the upgrade offer by the inbound customer service and got my PAC. However, I then got a call by 'outbound' retention team who made a much better offer but I didn't accept as the call was already 20+ minutes and I was at work. I called o2 back and the 'inbound' team can not match the deal offered by 'outbound' team and can't request for them to call me back. How crazy is that? I was called from 0344 826 0202 and this number doesn't accept calls either!
I hope someone can call me (happy to PM my number) before I used the PAC and switch networks. Thanks

Did you ask them to call you back?
They will usually the next day to follow up on the previous call.
I'll ask @O2Lisa to see what she can do in the morning.

Hi all, I appreciate that it's the long weekend so not sure if anyone here is working but I got an automated o2 community email asking if my issue is solved?
No one has called me back yet so I'll wait until Tuesday to port out as I need a new phone urgently. Thanks
