Hello I've ordered a handset and sim, iPhone 16 pro max, over the phone paid £30 upfront but didn't tell me weather I passed the credit check? Had no email or nothing and £30 is gone... help

The £30 will have been marked Pending by your Bank. Should your purchase fail then it will be returned to your account 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
