I placed an order with a phone plan, it did said it would take up to 24h but still haven't received an email and it's been almost 4 days.
Upfront payment +deposit pending online.
How long is it gonna take to know if my order has been approved or denied?

Thanks

You'll need to call O2

Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen if you have to.

After 4 days it's most likely declined, but you can check by calling customer service.

Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.

One more question, it's okay that the £255 deposit says online transaction pending and the £30 upfront says reversed online transaction?

I guess I'll have to figure it out when calling them tomorrow.
I think at this point I just need my money back to my account and go somewhere else.

The upfront payment is reversed because they took it before refusing you.

The deposit wasn't taken so will remain as pending and will be returned to your cleared funds in 4 to 5 days depending on your banks policy.

O2 don't have this money, it is just held by your bank in case the merchant calls for it.
