I recently upgraded and have received my handset. But I have not received any kind of confirmation email giving me confirmation of my order or how to claim for my preloaded £200 Mastercard. I updated my email address when I was processing the order had this caused a system issue? I can only sign in to My O2 using my original email address yet the pre-contract paper work was sent through to my new email address. Could someone please assist? Many thanks.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
Also note that the Mastercard information comes via email and text 14 days after your upgrade.
