There's lots of threads on here over the last couple of years about Order Tracking not working in My Account.
Is it still ongoing as when I go into the My Orders section on My Account I get a 'page not found' error.
I've had an email saying I can track the progress of my delivery but no joy on the website

The "track my new order" service seems to be pretty elusive, can anyone help or am I just being a dimwit?

Absolutely agree - there is no "My orders" section in order to track the order
And no phone arrived either - despite staying at home for the past 14 hours listening for the doorbell
