Ongoing network issues

Dear O2 Community

For 6 months or more, I have been facing network problems or lack of rather. I used to get signal in my area constantly, which is why I chose to stay with O2.  I've been with O2 for as long as they have been O2. But slowly things are getting worse, my own special "hotspots" around the home are dwindling. My signal only "magically" works after I've been on O2 chat guru service. I want to end my contract early due to the lack of service here, or at least be compensated for a non-working service and that's the story of balamory Smiley Indifferent

You can end your contract but you will have to pay any remaining months tariff minus bolt ons.

You could ring o2 on 202 and request some form of reimbursement for service issues.
Check your service status.

O2 do say in their terms and conditions that the service is not fault free.

Have you tried wiping the sim or replacing it.

Also switching to 2g can help.

O2 is updating their network for 4g which will also improve 2g and 3g

Have you looked at TuGo.

It could help when your at home and can use your home wifi.
