As above due upgrade end of month told to buy contract out a nod start did so in shop then get knocked backed now no number no telephone support over 1 hour on phone no answer and was using online support then girl cuts me off not a happy customer really thinking of going else where support is a disgrace!!!!!
If you failed the credit check you will have to go elsewhere as O2 won't give you a contract.

Don't worry I will its just the fact they told me to buy the rest of my contract then not giving me a new contract now I've no contract where I would still have my 1 month left
