I cancelled my contract and paid my final bill. O2 refunded the amount that I paid. Now I’m being chased by a debt collection agency for the same amount. Has anybody had any luck resolving this? I feel it is grossly unfair to ruin someone’s credit rating over their own error. I emailed the complaints department and have not had a response.
