Solved: Refund of credit following change of provider

I have changed provider 19th June and I have £6.25 credit and £3 in rewardsdueback to me. Can you send me a cheque please? I was assured at 1500 hours uk time by your customer service officer that this was possible.

The only time you can get a refund on leaving PAYG is when moving to an O2 contract.

Refunds are not payable when moving to a different provider.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
