O2 refresh

I have just paid the amount outstanding for my handset on o2 refresh because I was planning on a new phone... Can I now cancel my o2 contract altogether now I have paid my phone off? I have seen cheaper elsewhere so after being with o2 since before they were o2 (used to be bt cellnet) I want to leave as the new Deal is far too overpriced.

Yes, that is correct.

Be warned, they have taken over £1161 due to their errors after I paid off my o2 Refresh deals. They have no idea what they are doing to people at o2.

Please leave any direct debits on place until your balance is truly zero! Once the final bill is paid, you're free (so to speak)!

Good luck with your new network.

Obviously an error, if this were a common occurence it would be all over the forum.Smiley Frustrated

You don't need to warn anyone.
