I have 2 accounts with o2 and everytime I try to pay via the app I get an error saying payment not gone through and when also trying to pay through PayPal it freeze or comes up with stuff I didnt even click and this has been going on for months and it still not been fixed anyone else having same issue

We do get complaints from time to time regarding the app. Have you tried the Web Version?
