Any advice anyone can give me would be great or even an email address so I can contact O2 to complain.
I have been trying since January this year to get the O2 open discount on my contract. Each time I have been told it has been successful but the credit was never applied to my account. The store have been great, and I must have been in about 12 times since January trying to sort it. They have called up on my behalf and spoken to staff centrally and I have heard them say it has been applied to my account, but no luck. I then got a phone call from O2 who blamed the store! At my wits end. I have saved all of the messages on my phone, filled in paper forms, electronic ones, sent text messages. But still no joy.
Has anyone any suggestions? I work for the NHS by the way. 9 months to get a discount is a bit extreme.
