So on the o2 open page when you hover over the list of excluded devices list it says that there are currently no devices excluded from the scheme yet when you click into the link it says the iphone 7 Plus is excluded from the scheme. @Toby are you able to advise which statement is correct please?

Cheers

The open scheme is a bit of a mess at the moment with a raft of rule changes.
We are waiting for clarification on a number of things.

Not applicable

Probably because it needs at least 6 months since release to be included in the scheme?

The 7 was allowed but the 7 plus wasn't.
A strange distinction to make though......

I dont agree its a mess, the only change is verifying you work for a qualifying organisation, and only the employee can take advantage now of the discount..

The iPhone 7 Plus is excluded due to stock constraints, that o2 have on that model.

That text is just someones bad html / cms coding skills.
This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

Yet no employers have been informed of the change or given their codes by O2.

It's also not clear if emplyers have to register or if O2 will pre register them.

Also, due to poor communications, there is conflicting information being given out by CS and also on here.

I think that qualifies as a mess personally Smiley Frustrated

Quite right but it IS a mess when qualifying companies know nothing about the code needed. How can it be anything other than a complete shambles???? Don't forget, it took a new customer and a new community member to point out this MESS.....
