Hi, can somebody PLEASE give me the NHS open discount code!! On the o2 website it states very clearly I can get this 5 digit code by chatting online or phoning o2 rather than having to bother Human Resources at my work. After being disconnected THREE time by an online advisor, I then phoned o2 to be told they are unable to give me this code.
Why are they making this so difficult, and why does it have this information online if it is incorrect!!

@AnonymousIt changed recently at the beginning of February....All Employers (HR depts) should now have access to the code.

As you said in your first post you need to speak to your HR dept but others have also said o2 CS can supply the code to you.
Make sure you follow the guide carefully to avoid any further problems with your claim.
