O2 international Sim

Hi all,

Yesterday got an O2 international sim card from O2 store and the guy said sim is free how much you want to top up so I said put £10 please.

On O2 website cost to pakistan is 2p per min, today I called Pak for 57 seconds and it charged me 12p.

Any suggestions please?

I thought you had to top up £15 per month to get a 3p per minute call to Pakistan?

I got what was supposed to eb an internation sim card and tried to call Canada for 2p per minute but was charged at the normal rate for mobiles. and yes i topped up £15 before i used it.

But either way you'll have to call 4445 to get help with this.
