Hi, I ordered a 17 pro max in September via the switch up. It was never delivered by DHL and was returned to o2. Since 8th of October o2 have been charging me for a phone I’ve never received and I believe this is in breach of the consumer credit act and o2 don’t seem don’t bothered to help me. Anyone one else had the same issue?
