O2 gave me a refund of over £200 and told me I over paid last year on my last phone account, now months later they have advised me that this was a mistake and asking for me to pay it back

@Ben0211

Surely you would know if you've overpaid by that much?

I suggest you do pay it back as they will have no hesitation at all in ruining your credit score for non payment.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

I'm really surprised at this as I've never known it happen before. Is this a business account?
