O2 extra

I have been given 3 months of disneyplus for free but can't activate it on my PS4, O2 have sent me a link to activate it but nothing happens when I go to my O2.

I have tried several times to get into disneyplus for the code but it's asking me for payment.

Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong?

You need to do it all via the website, at disneyplus.com and then login on your PS4

If you already have a subscription you need to cancel the current period, and then resubscribe.. DO NOT Delete the account.

Once you've done that you can login on your PS4 with the same account details.
