O2 error on bill

Has anyone else had a bill error this month. I've been charged £108 for all my calls and I've not even used anywhere near my free 500 mins

If it's for calls to UK mobiles and landlines it has to be an error (based on the info you have given us) so CS will sort this out for you no problem.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

If the OP had "strayed" into another Network area might that account for at least some of the charges?  In Northern Ireland it is very easy to cross the invisible line and find oneself geographically in the UK but in the O2 Ireland network area with consequences for call charges!! 

Sorry if this is a red herring.
