I'm receiving a upgrade from o2 Wednesday I got an email saying driver will ask for ID I don't have ID as dint drive and never been asked for it what should I do?

It depends on the driver, some will ask some won't... 

 

 

Do you have any other form of photo ID or a bank card, as sometimes that will suffice. 

 

Even Amazon will ask sometimes for ID and a PIN number nowadays.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

Hi thanks for the reply and yes I have a bank card hopefully this is fine I don't have photo ID as never really needed one or been aske for it

 o2 aren't really helpful either when it comes to stuf like this I feel their customer service falls short it is an upgrade so could at least try to help

You won't be asked for ID.

The courier will just take a photo of you receiving the package.
