Ever since O2 have changed my payment account, my credit file hasn't changed and its at least 3 months out of date.

I was just wondering if anybody else has this issue.  My account is definitely paid up to date. The frequency of updates has slowed over the  year.

Getting hold of anybody at o2 is near impossible it seems also.  Well if there is no change by April I will chase this up.

Agencies generally update based on 3 to 6 month time scales.

Each one has different criteria.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I know but my account is over 2 years old so it must be somehow reset or not submitted as a continuing account payment so it might look like I am no paying. It used to update monthly.
