Hi everyone,need a bit of advice.I made a complaint through the online complaintreviewserve@o2.com on the 6/6/15 and I received a reply saying i will receive an anwer within 7 to 10 working days.I havent received or heard anything since.When i phone up o2 they keep making excuses they are very busy and i will receive a reply soon.Its nearly been a month now.What am i supposed to do now?

Sorry to say this, but it needs to be sent again...something happened to it.
I just had a word with one of them and they are taking about a week, no more than that....

Yeah,i checked.Nothing there.When i actually contacted o2 customer services i was told that they where extremely busy and they would take a bit longer.My account had been messed up completely and I only got it resolved recently
