I can confirm that the iPhone 6S from O2 will NOT be unlocked unless you pay off the device plan or wait 6 months from date of purchase. This was the policy last year and the one before that. The only way anyone can buy a fully unlocked iPhone 6S is directly from Apple

On my iPhone 6 Plus I waited and submitted my request when they remove the note about not unlocking the iphone 6 plus. They should have updated their website to remove confusions and different reply from customer services.

I agree...the only thing about unlocking an iPhone is here. They are not specific about which model
