Hi, I’m ready to Switch Up my phone and as I’ve never done it before, I wanted to know if I need to take ID with me into store? I want to keep with the iPhone 15 but want to get the Plus model as I think the battery will serve me better. Thanks in advance!

It has to meet the grading criteria, have a look at this guide Guide: Introducing O2 Switch Up. Swap phones whenever you want!
This basically means just normal wear and tear, is accepted. Best thing to do is pop to the o2 store and get them to check the device.
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
