Hi, I’m ready to Switch Up my phone and as I’ve never done it before, I wanted to know if I need to take ID with me into store? I want to keep with the iPhone 15 but want to get the Plus model as I think the battery will serve me better. Thanks in advance!

Yes, you need photo ID

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Avoid at all costs if you want to be charged for 2 phones. I done the switch up and 2 months down the line I am being charged for 2 phones

I have done numerous switchups and only had a problem once, and then not been charged for 2 phones again...

It has to meet the grading criteria, have a look at this guide Guide: Introducing O2 Switch Up. Swap phones whenever you want!

This basically means just normal wear and tear, is accepted.  Best thing to do is pop to the o2 store and get them to check the device.
