Hi, I changed from PAYG to Contract in February. Just had a text from O2 about how much I have in O2 rewards. I find this a bit confusing as I thought the rewards were only available for PAYG customers?

Here's how it works :

The credit on your pay and go account comes of your first pay monthly bill.

All of your rewards and other pay and go credits come of your 4th monthly bill.

Please ignore all txt messages about O2 rewards and don't claim them. They'll automatically come off your 4th bill as a credit.

Hope this helps

Telephone Customer Services on 202 from your mobile and have any remaining rewards ported onto your account.

They were probably accrued whilst you were a payg customer.
