Hi, I’ve submitted my pay slip for verification that I am entitled to a Blue Light Card discount (I work for the NHS). The email I received said verification could take up to 3 days, and I’d receive an email with a link in once verification was complete. It’s now been one week and I’ve not heard anything.
Any advice regarding what’s happening / taking so long?

It is probably sat with a HR team somewhere to confirm you are who you say you are...
Best thing to do is to contact o2; If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

I have exactly the same situation. Rang 02 customer service today and all they could tell me is what I already know which is that it has not yet been verified. They couldnt tell me when i can expect this to be done. Useless
