O2 Extra - Audible - will not activate on my account

After renewing my contract I took the option for Audible, however when clicking the link it takes me to Amazon which then says Activation Failed - this account is not eligible for this offer.

 

Three times I have tried to use the chat option or virtual assistant to speak to someone and each time they end the chat.

You cant have had Audible or any free offers from Amazon on that account, thus you need to setup a new amazon account for the Audible extra. 


This is an Amazon restriction to stop offer abuse, and is nothing to do with o2.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
