Solved: O2 Chat never online!

I have been trying to chat with someone online for the last 3 hours and the status has gone from give us a moment to Live Chat Busy and I have now left it too late to phone up! Is O2 chat ever working???

Busy with all the iphone stuff at the mo.
Call in around 8.00 in the morning and you'll get through ok.

Even if they are online it can take 45 minutes to have a simple converstion, and you are no further forward.

You're always better off speaking to cs by calling 202 and by calling early in the mornings.
