Hi,

I’m considering changing to O2 on their 50GB sim only for £30 from Three UK

I’m just wondering if O2 Offer 4G roaming in Spain? I’m going on holiday in may! Three uk only offer 3G roaming at the moment unfortunately unlike EE and Vodafone which offer 4G roaming.

Thanks

Yes, O2 will give you 4g in Spain but as it's new, we don't have any feedback on speeds.
One thing to note though, if you are looking at a mobile broadband tariff, they won't work outside of the UK.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

From roaming in Spain a couple of weeks ago, dont expect 4G on any of the Balaeric Islands,3G was the best we could muster, on both BT and o2. we only had 4G in Madrid..

@Thomasmortin88  Personally I would stick with Three. I no longer travel to Spain but have family and friends (with O2) who do. They could get 4G at Malaga airport.  8 miles further away, they could only get 3G

Just reporting good 4g coverage across whole of Ibiza. Allow for hills dropping you down to 3g in some areas as per usual. Here in Portinaxt the very North East coast 4g = 133mbs!! Not bad I’d say.
