But when ever being in Spain I have never been able to receive 4G coverage and there unable to use data a receive I messages etc. As far as I am aware I can still and recieve texts. Can anyone help please. Can’t take advantage of this offering provider has changed to Movistar when over in Spain.

If using an iPhone, you need to call to get iData enabled on your account. You can also go into network settings and do a manual search for alternative networks.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

@Becky_Worrall  Movistar is the network of choice throughout Spain. Certainly the best one there. If you are having an issue then maybe Movistar was having problems. Rarely happens but even so I have had an issue for a couple of days when I was there.

Check this map for 4G coverage in Spain. I have chosen Movistar as the network. Some areas are getting 4G+

Just reporting good 4g coverage across whole of Ibiza. Allow for hills dropping you down to 3g in some areas as per usual. Here in Portinaxt the very North East coast 4g = 133mbs!! Not bad I’d say. 906FF741-9B6F-49B5-9959-CD98EF5DE8D7.png
