O2 30% Friends & Family Discount

Do any guru's know if I can get my discount on a retentions deal or is it either or?

Also, I take it with the refresh plan the 30% would be off the tariff price only, whereas on a normal plan it would be 30% off everything?

we are all customers here, if you are after a discount, its best to call cs on 202 or go into your local store to discuss it with an advisor as they can apply it

Im not sure about the 30% discount on your retentions deal but for o2 refresh you will get a 50% discount off the airtime contract only

I am aware of 30% Friends & Family Discount but never heard of 50% refresh discount. What is the difference ?
