Hi, I received my new phone yday, having given my PAC code on Friday.
my number was due to port today - it shows as my number on my o2 app, when I call my number I get an o2 answerphone…but I can’t receive calls or texts.
iMessage and WhatsApp work fine.
i have been periodically restarting my phone all day - I’ve checked my iPhone settings and my phone number still shows as the original one and I can’t manually change it.

It can take up to 24 hours to fully port.
Just keep rebooting and if not done after 24 hours, contact O2.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

What network where you porting from?
@Martin-O2 @lewys-gp @RafaC have there been issues with ports into o2 from one of the other networks today, as we seem to be seeing quite a few issues

Hi, many thanks for replying. From Vodafone.
the switch has definitely happened as old sim no longer works and my number shows in my account on o2. Just keep restarting but to no avail.
