Number port

Good evening,

I ported my old number from Vodafone to 02 on Tuesday, I was told I would recieve a message when the port had started and finished but I did not. However my number has transferred but my Vodafone sim is still working and all my calls are still going to my Vodafone sim and not o2? Unless it is an o2 number calling me then it will go to my new phone. Currently I have the same number on two networks. O2 customer service were unable to help and advised they had sent a form to back office but just wondering how long this is going to take? Any advice? I have tried switching both phones on and off but its still not working

It's called a split port which unfortunately does happen occasionally.

Hopefully won't take too long to sort out for you once O2 have requested the porting files again from Vodafone.

Hi MI5,

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. I hope not! Just nobody seems to know what is going on and was told I would recieve a call back in 24 hours by 02 and I know it won't be 24 hours until 9:30am tomorrow but I just want it resolved. Hopefully tomorrow I will have some answers!
