Number change. How do I delete it ...

Hi troops. I just got a new number and entered it on my details. I still have the old number next to it with all the old details showing what I had left on it when I left 02. Well i'm back with 02 again and I just updated my new number but cannot find a way to delete the old number. Can anybody help me or will the old number and details be there all the time....??

 

I have scanned the site but cannot see anything that might help me

Hi

You may need to call O2 Customer Services. 202 for Contract. 4445 for PAYG. 8002 for Business to help with that.

It should just show as a disconnected account but will be dormant.
It will stay on the system for audit purposes.
