Number Transfer

I obtained a new contract on 30 August and when I called yourselves with regards to the Transfer of number I was advised this could take 24-48 hours. I am now nearly a week later and the number has still not been transferred. Please confirm when this is anticipated to be done

This isn't customer services, its a community forum so you need to ring customer services and chase them up

Hello Charlotte, I am a new member of the O2 Community . I recently Transferred from my TalkTalk Mobile Account to O2. I found that it is necessary (even though quite disturbing) to call Customer Services and pursue the change over.
