Number Port Gone Wrong

Hi. I've been waiting for my old (Three) number to port over since 29th December, which is when the old SIM was disconnected. My new O2 SIM has been saying "SIM not provisioned" since that date, so I've had no signal or data since then. Live Chat are unable to help other than telling me to wait another 24 hours which has not helped. I see people have had this fixed by posting here before and I am hoping someone can help?

Hi @J_Mitch84 - this sounds like something the duty O2 Advisor here might be able to help with, as Live Chat are unable to handle something which falls off-script.
