When the minimum term of my contract ends (after 2 years), do I need to tell O2 or can I just cancel my standing order/direct debit

@Tinjohn

You need to cancel or it will continue on a rolling 30 day contract.

Wow that was quick. Thank you. I thought that that might be the case. What's the best way to do that?

Hi, my daughter is have difficulty notifying 02. The phone she had from O2 is not working and cannot be used. She has a spare but is locked to EE. The local
O2 shop is not being helpful. Is it worth ringing a standard O2 customer number? Are you held on hold for a long time? Any Advice and or help would be appreciated

She needs to contact EE to unlock the other phone to get her going.
