Hi there,

Working from home has revealed that I'm intermittently (but often) not recieving inbound calls and quite often failing to connect outbound.  Although my wifi isn't perfect it's only a real issue on my mobile (laptops etc. OK).  I was blissfully unaware before but missing incoming calls is becoming a problem.  Has anyone got any helpful solves?  O2 aren't particularly easy to contact at the moment!

You can try having your phone nearer the router.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I feel your pain....o2's offering of wifi calling is flakey to say the least.....not working 70% of the time...

Even the old TuGo/Tu App (Well known for being rubbish) was more robust...

& not being able to recieve text (Like online shopping confirmation codes, which is becoming far more common) is just plain daft....
