Order update on new phone

I recently ordered a new phone with you guys.ive received the phone but I'm still waiting on the free galaxy buds plus to be delivered.are you able to give an update on expected delivery please.many thanks.

You have to claim through Samsung

How to claim your FREE Galaxy Buds

1. Login to the Samsung Members App or sign up for a Samsung account.
2. Click on the Galaxy Buds banner then fill in the form.
3. A confirmation email will be sent and your Galaxy Buds will be delivered within 1-5 working days.
