No signal or internet access since upgrading to an eSIM

O2 offered me upgrade options and I selected the one I wanted. I could choose to have a physical sim or an eSIM. I chose the eSIM. Since then, I have no signal bars and when I try to go online without WiFi, the page won’t load informing me I’m not connected to the internet. How do I fix this? I had no issues before the upgrade.

You need to install your esim eSIM - How to activate  

or go in store with photo ID.

Don't forget the ID though.
