No signal for 24 hours and local mast apparently down, but someone else in my house has full signal?

I've been completely without signal or 4G for the last 24 hours, and apparently a phone mast in my area is not working - but someone in my house on O2 has full signal and 4G, no issues at all. How is this possible? Should I be worried about my phone? I've restarted it a couple of times, turned airplane mode on and off and no joy.

@jkingers12

Sometimes these things only effect certain number batches.

I wouldn't worry until the problem is fixed.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Thanks, I hope you're right! It seems odd that I haven't even had 'patchy' signal, it's like I've been completely cut off, and it's been over 24 hours and there's been no communication or acknowledgement from O2 at all. 🤔
